What to do on Halloween around Fort Riley, KS?
New to the area. Hubby just got stationed at Riley. We want to do something really fun on Halloween, but don’t really know anyone or know much about the area. Anyone have a suggestion of something fun to do around here? We’d even go as far as Topeka. Preferably not a haunted house. Thanks.
